Flexible elastomeric coating -Crack bridging at sub zero temperatures, excellent dirt and fungal growth resistance.
Applied in films up to 20 times thicker than others, these coatings are more flexible than normal masonry paints, over a wider temperature range. The make up of the coating allows an "elastic" effect which bridges hairline cracks. These cracks are typically no more than 1/8 inch in width, but actually expand and contract with temperature change and movement by up to 400%. This is why conventional masonry coatings typically fail and split with movement over time. This "elastic" coating will stay flexible for it's entire lifetime. Prior to application, All repairs are carried out to ensure the substrate is suitable for coating. It will only bridge hairline movement and isn't a solution for open cracks, damage or failed masonry.

Self cleaning nano paint - Self cleaning through lotus leaf nano structure.
Self cleaning paints are a relatively new advance in coatings technology, and so are more expensive than others.
The self cleaning ability is provided through the addition of nano material that creates a structure that mimics that of a lotus leaf. Water and debris simply cannot stick to the surface and so the coating has a negligible dirt pickup. It won't need hosing down as rainfall will wash the surface clean. This is a great product for creating a long lasting, clean and durable facade. Suitable for renovations and new build applications, can be applied to existing painted surfaces. If you live next to a busy road and thus are subjected to day in day out motor fumes and soot on your walls then this is the ideal solution!

Silicate based - For use on lime backgrounds, highly breathable waterproof coating.
Silicate paints are a highly durable and breathable alternative to limewash for lime based backgrounds.
Historically, limewash has been used to decorate exterior stonework and walls, but over time this discolours and has to be frequently re applied. Silicate paint has a very similar vapour permeability (breathability) to limewash,
being nearly 10 times more breathable than some conventional masonry paints. The paint silicate actually joins itself to the silicate in the substrate, ensuring a strong grip. There are examples of the paint being used in Germany over 100 years ago, where it has stayed stuck to the substrate and provided weather resistance and decoration for the whole time! Not many paints can claim that!

Pliolite based - All year round application, showerproof within 15 mins.
Pliolite resin coatings have been developed to combat the associated problems with applying exterior paint in adverse weather conditions. The paint film cures quickly and provides shower resistance 15 minutes after application, very useful in the wetter months. It is suitable for existing painted surfaces, render, stone and brick (not fletton commons). This coating has 25 + years proof of performance, with a life expectancy of 30 years or more. Pliolite resins were first produced by Goodyear chemical division for use in high traffic floor paints as well as wall coatings. Based on the success of case studies from mid 1930's through to early 1950's, this tough resin became widely used by many respected paint manufacturers. It won't chip, flake or peel and has excellent colour retention and resistance to algae growth. This option is our best value alternative to our other high performance coatings.

Clear water repellent - For brick and stone, does not change appearance, prevents water penetration.
A clear spray applied water repellent for the protection of brick and stone substrates prone to water ingress.
Prior to application, the wall area is high pressure washed to remove all dirt and debris, and all repair work is undertaken to ensure a sound surface. The spray will not change the appearance in any way but will
completely waterproof the surface and still allow it to breath, creating a sound and clean looking surface
for a guaranteed 10 years. Deeply penetrating up to 3 mm into the wall. Perfect for old and porous brick and
stone that otherwise cannot be weatherproofed.

Spray applied textured coatings - Sprayed 25 times thicker than smooth masonry paint, heavy duty waterproofing coatings - hides minor surface imperfections and creates a uniform appearance.
With the addition of various size particles of Perlite, a through texture can be achieved, which is mainly used for it's ability to create a thick textured surface that is completely uniform and hides minor surface marks. It also creates a small insulation value, which is equal to that of a piece of wood the same thickness as the finished coating. These coatings are typically applied to 0.75 mm - 1.0 mm thickness in one pass. We offer a solvent based, heavy duty fiber reinforced textured wall coating, with 25 years proof of performance, which has brilliant colour retention and fungal resistance, we also offer a textured elastomeric wall coating, suitable for substrates with hairline crack movement. We can add a texture to any of our listed coloured coatings, as part of a bespoke system. The textures range from fine, medium and coarse. Fine and medium are suitable for decorative purposes, whereas coarse is more suited to corrective work of uneven surfaces. After adding the Perlite, the material is very heavy and viscous, and therefor cannot be applied by brush, roller or normal spray equipment. We use airless air assisted heavy material equipment. The material is pumped through the hose to the spray gun, and a separate air flow is introduced at the spray tip to atomize the coating into a spray pattern. This creates a very even and attractive finish.
